I was a bit skeptical at first because the reviews were too good, however since it was close to the hotel we decided to give it a try and I was impressed. The staff is very accommodating, helpful and kind. The facilities are extremely clean and hygienic, even for western standards. We did the head spa and it was amazing and very relaxing. We even received a little dessert after the treatment. The staff however does not speak English, but communication is still possible :) Will definitely come back here and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try out the head spa.
