General Information

Coleni provides a full range of aesthetic treatments including: Acne Treatment, Skin Recovery, Premium Anti-Aging, Scar Treatment, Pigmentation Treatment, Facial Contouring injections (Filler, Botox, BAP, etc.), and care services for hair, eyes, brows, and lips.

We are open from Monday to Sunday, starting at 8:30 AM, with the last booking accepted at 7:00 PM daily. We can also arrange after-hours appointments upon special request.

Yes, we provide comprehensive consultations for all treatments. Initial consultations are free for most services and include a thorough skin analysis along with suitable treatment recommendations.

Booking & Appointments

You can book through the booking system on our website, call the spa directly, or visit us in person. We recommend booking in advance, especially for medical treatments and weekends.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without any fees.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows make it difficult for us to accommodate you for future appointments.

Treatments & Procedures

Before starting any service, you will be shown the detailed procedure, pricing, duration, and products used. This is strictly required for all Coleni clients to ensure transparency.

There will never be any upselling or pressure to purchase additional services while you are undergoing treatment. Coleni makes a firm commitment to this for all customers.

All clients receive specific instructions and guidance on post-treatment skin care. Our care specialists will also proactively contact you through your preferred social media platform.

Pricing & Payment

We accept cash, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and bank transfers. We also offer installment plans for certain treatments and accept gift vouchers.

Coleni currently cannot offer credit or debt options to customers. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.

No, we believe in price transparency. All costs are clearly discussed during the consultation. Additional fees only apply to extra services that you specifically request.
