Customers have the right to access and use programs, utilities, and services with good quality and suitable for all audiences.

Customers can easily book appointments directly on the website or contact us online via website, email, Facebook, Zalo, LINE, WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, and WeChat.

Along with that, customers using services at Coleni Beauty also agree to ensure compliance with the prescribed terms.

If something unexpected happens causing a delay or affecting your scheduled appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule for single services and 48 hours for group bookings. We can reschedule the appointment to suit you.

No-shows and last-minute cancellations are difficult for our business and may cause other customers to miss their appointments. You can cancel or reschedule anytime via hotline, email, Facebook, Zalo or KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, Line, and WeChat.

If you do not call to cancel your appointment, do not show up, or show up late, you will have to pay the full price for the pre-booked service and cannot book an appointment next time.

Appointments paid with gift cards will be considered redeemed if you 'do not cancel the appointment or do not show up' as scheduled.

If this is your first time experiencing services at Coleni Beauty, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. This will give you time to fill out a form about your massage preferences as well as any health-related issues to ensure the massage session goes smoothly.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we still have to end the treatment as scheduled so that the next customer is not delayed, or your appointment will be automatically canceled if you are 15 minutes late. Please call us in case you cannot visit us on time.

Similar to you, we are committed to keeping your information confidential according to the prescribed privacy policy.

Health and hygiene are taken seriously and evaluated regularly at Coleni Beauty. Massage rooms, saunas, and other amenities are ensured to be safe, clean, and tidy. Because your health is our top concern. Each customer receives clean, new clothes and towels. All towels are washed clean before being ready for the next customer.

The Coleni Beauty staff team is responsible for ensuring privacy issues and is not allowed to have inappropriate and rude behaviors with customers. Coleni Beauty staff are professional, dedicated therapists who have the right to terminate the service if customers have inappropriate comments or actions towards any staff member at Coleni Beauty.

We regret that Coleni Beauty is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items. We encourage all customers to always keep valuable items with them.

Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited at our facility. You should not consume alcohol at least 2 hours before your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if you are intoxicated or under the influence of stimulants.

Requests for sexual harassment activities will not be tolerated and will be reported to the competent authorities for resolution. We completely oppose sexual harassment/assault behavior and this behavior is strictly prohibited at our facility. If this happens, we reserve the right to ask you to leave and you will not be allowed to book again. Sensitive parts will not be massaged under any circumstances. The lower back, hips, and buttocks will only be massaged upon request or with the consensus and agreement of the customer and Coleni Beauty, ensuring the regulations and rights of both parties.
