Coleni Beauty Policies

You can book appointments online via email, Facebook, Zalo, LINE, WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, and WeChat. However, you will receive confirmation via email or directly through the online contacts above.

Additionally, please text or call us at our hotline to book, change, or cancel an appointment.

When booking, please let us know if you have any special requests.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Cash, and gift vouchers from Coleni Beauty.

We respectfully request customers to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time.

When booking a service at Coleni Beauty, your appointment will be scheduled with a Therapist who has dedicated time to perform the service according to your schedule.

If you arrive late for your appointment, your service duration will be adjusted to end on time so that the next appointment can start as scheduled.

We regret that Coleni Beauty is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.

We encourage all customers to always keep valuable items with them.

We understand that sometimes you may have to cancel an appointment with us.

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or change appointments for single services and 48 hours for group bookings.

If not changed or the customer does not show up for the appointment, the customer may not be able to rebook unless a deposit is made for the next appointment.

Similarly, we will also notify you 24 hours in advance if we have to cancel your appointment due to special and force majeure circumstances.

For group bookings of 5 guests or more, Coleni Beauty will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

This deposit is non-refundable and can be paid by Visa or MasterCard.

Promotional programs cannot be applied simultaneously.

Changes or cancellations for Group Bookings require notification to Coleni Beauty 48 hours in advance.

Cash Value Gift Vouchers have no expiration date.

Service Type Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

You can transfer or forward them to any other person, friends, and family to use instead.

Coleni Beauty is not responsible for any lost or misplaced gift vouchers.

Coleni Beauty staff agree that inappropriate and rude behavior is not allowed.

The team at Coleni BEAUTY are professional, dedicated therapists who have the right to terminate treatments and services if guests are intoxicated or have inappropriate comments or remarks towards any staff member at Coleni Beauty.

For facial care and body scrub services, Coleni BEAUTY accepts customers from 14 years of age and older.

We require parental consent for minors under 17 years old and require them to accompany the minor during treatment.

For guests under 14 years old, service time may be reduced.

Massage services at Coleni Beauty are suitable for children. Children under 1m in height receive a 20% discount on service prices.

Coleni Beauty Special Massage is the most suitable service for children.

Therapists at Coleni BEAUTY are ready to adjust massage pressure, music volume, or perform massage techniques longer on a body area if requested by the customer.

Customers have the right to choose or refuse any massage technique or stop the massage at any time and are free to leave.

Requests for sexual activity will not be tolerated and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

If this happens, the customer will not be allowed to rebook.

Sensitive areas will not be massaged under any circumstances. A professional distance will be maintained for these sensitive parts.

In addition, the lower back, hips, and buttocks will only be massaged upon request or with the consensus and agreement of the customer and Coleni Beauty, ensuring regulations.

Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between client and therapist is NOT ALLOWED.

Discussions between therapists at Coleni Beauty and customers are confidential and only used for the purpose of providing the best service experience.

Customers can choose to talk or not talk during the massage.

Coleni Beauty is always happy to listen to your conversation and share Coleni Beauty's professional knowledge.

We prefer not to discuss topics of a political, private, or sexual nature.

Please contact Coleni Beauty in advance if you are pregnant or have a special medical condition.

Customers will pay Coleni BEAUTY the full amount for their services at the end of the service.
