Customers have the right to access and use programs, amenities, and services of good quality and suitable for all audiences.

Customers can easily book an appointment directly on the website or contact us online via website, email, Facebook, Zalo, LINE, WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, and WeChat.

At the same time, customers using services at Coleni Beauty agree to comply with the stipulated terms.

If something unexpected happens causing a delay or affecting your scheduled appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule for single services, and 48 hours for group bookings. We can reschedule the appointment at your convenience.

No-shows and last-minute cancellations disrupt our business and can cause other clients to miss out on appointments.

If you do not call to cancel, do not show up, or arrive late, you will be charged the full price of the deposited service and may not be able to book next time.

Appointments paid with gift cards will be considered redeemed if you 'do not cancel or do not show up' as scheduled.

If this is your first time experiencing services at Coleni Beauty, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we must still end the treatment on schedule so the next client is not delayed, or your appointment will automatically be canceled if you are 15 minutes late. Please call us if you cannot make it on time.

Similar to you, we commit to keeping your information confidential according to our privacy policy.

Health and hygiene are highly valued and regularly evaluated at Coleni Beauty. Massage rooms, saunas, and other amenities are guaranteed to be safe, clean, and tidy.

Coleni Beauty staff are responsible for ensuring privacy and are not allowed to exhibit inappropriate or rude behavior towards customers.

We regret that Coleni Beauty is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited at our premises. You should not consume alcohol for at least 2 hours prior to your appointment.

Sexual harassment requests will not be tolerated and will be reported to the appropriate authorities for resolution.
